Sebastian Kramer
CEO Quative Limited (Kudelski Group Company)
Quative Limited (Quative) started end of 2005 as a fully owned subsidiary of the Kudelski Group with Sebastian Kramer as the founding CEO.
Sebastian started his career in the IPTV industry end 2000 as a co founder of Thirdspace Limited in the UK which was a joint venture between Alcatel and Oracle. Sebastian first was responsible for sales and marketing before he became COO of Thirdspace. He was a key individual in the transition process of merging Thirdspace mid 2003 together with former iMagic to become Alcatel's Information, Communication and Entertainment (ICE) business unit where he first was heading up business development and solutions on a global bases before he was promoted as deputy and operational prime of the unit. Sebastian left Alcatel after the strategic move of Alcatel to support MSTV.
Sebastian started his career in telecommunications in 1994 at Newbridge Networks in the UK where he joint the company's European marketing team and where he held various positions in services, channel, and product marketing. In 1997 he moved back to Germany, Munich for Newbridge Networks running first marketing and later sales for the region. After the acquisition of Newbridge Networks by Alcatel, Sebastian joint Alcatel Germany and plaid a key role in the integration process of its broadband solutions and customers.
Sebastian has studied mechanical engineering at the Fachhochschule (Polytechnic) in Aachen Germany specializing in numerical mathematics as well as International Marketing at the Export-Akademie Baden-Württemberg with an MBA.
